REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and Hair So Fab offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.
If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. Help@hairsofab.com. You must inspect the product immediately. We're happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, open or alter the product.
Once an order has been placed and processed, we WILL NOT cancel, modify, or apply any discounts to it. Please ensure you double-check your order before proceeding to checkout.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE
- Important conditions for return
All items goes through rigorous checks before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely rare.
Please note that you can only return a product if it is deemed defective.
Please email us immediately at help@hairsofab.com to report any damage products.
The product returned shall be inspected immediately. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
- The product MUST be in unused and original condition;
- Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
- You MUST inform about the return of the product to us within 48 hours;
- You MUST not unravel, wet, play with or install hair
- The return package MUST include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, cards and any other other documentation
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
PACKAGE REFUSALS
- In the event that the package gets refused or returned a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the order minus the shipping or delivery cost.
- Route package protection is non-refundable.
- Shipping Carrier Returns Fees
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
We are not responsible for custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your country.
Please add Route Package Insurance at Checkout. If you OPT out you are fully responsible for the lost or stolen package and you cannot file a dispute in the event the package gets lost or stolen. We will not handle any investigations through the shipping company if the package is lost or stolen. We are NOT Responsible for any mishaps whatsoever. You are solely responsible.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
In certain circumstances the order is approved to be canceled, store credit will be issued. This store credit can be utilized for purchases both in-store and online, and it remains valid for a duration of 12 months. Please be aware that it is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.
INCORRECT ORDERS
Hair So Fab cannot be held accountable for any product(s) that customers mistakenly purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm they are selecting the correct item prior to completing their payment. Hair So Fab will not issue refunds for such orders under any circumstances.
WRONG ADDRESS
We cannot be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.
READY TO WEAR WIGS
Ready to wear wigs are Non-Refundable and non-exchangeable. Please do not order these wigs if you're new to wearing wigs or unable to install by yourself. Please consult with your hair stylist first. The wig can only be returned or exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected. You must inspect the wig immediately after you receive it. Please contact us within 48 hours after getting your wig if you have any issues.
DO NOT CUT THE LACE! ONCE THE LACE IS CUT THE WIG IS NON-RETURNABLE.
Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install or alter the product. DO NOT CUT THE LACE. ONCE THE LACE HAS BEEN CUT THE WIG CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Extra verification will be required for some orders. We Will require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will email or call you to send in the government issued ID needed to fulfilled your order.
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported to the FBI.

To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, minus holidays and weekends. Therefore, order cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.
Hair So Fab reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies or sales at any given time. Please check our policies often for any changes.
- To safeguard against credit card fraud, certain orders may need ID verification before they are shipped. If your billing, banking, or credit card details do not align with the information on record with the credit card processor, we may ask for extra information. If your information isn’t verified within 48 hours, we will process a refund for you.
