Order Online Pick up same day is available at our New Jersey Hair Boutique Located at 278 Main Street Orange, NJ 07050. Monday-Saturday (Hours May Vary)
Upon placing an order, kindly present your confirmation email along with a Valid Government Issued ID that matches the address indicated on the invoice for order pickup. It is essential to collect your order on the same business day to avoid a 3% cancellation fee upon refund. Please note that we have limited stock available in stores and are unable to reserve orders.
Only the card holder or the persons name on the Invoice can pick up your order; there are no exceptions. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us promptly to explore alternative options.
NO SHOW, NO CALL WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND THEIR WILL BE A 3% FEE.
If you choose to cancel the order, store credit will be issued. This store credit can be used for purchases both in-store and online and is valid for a period of 12 months. Please note that it is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
We offer Same Day Delivery (Monday-Saturday) if you place the order by 3pm ET. All orders placed after 3PM ET will be delivered next business day. We do not deliver on SUNDAYS.
We deliver up 80 Miles from 07050 and up 80 Miles from 08109. Please Insert your address to see if we deliver in your area.
Orders Placed by 3pm EST will delivery same day. If you’re not home and the package gets return to us the delivery fee is non-refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee. Signature and Valid ID is required for this service.
You will get a text when the order has been picked up and on the way to you. Please pay attention to your phone at all times after you place your order.
Once the driver is on the way. There will be no cancellations. If you cancel once the driver is in route there will be a cancellation fee.
