Hair So Fab offers package insurance through to all customers at checkout. If you choose this option, please track your package until it reaches its destination. In case of any issues, please reach out to us Via Email. It's essential to understand that Hair So Fab is not accountable for the duration of the claims process.
If you decide to unselect or opt out of Package insurance, Hair So Fab will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipper. By opting out, you accept full responsibility, removing any liability from Hair So Fab. Consequently, we will not engage in any investigations with the shipping company for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is crucial to note that you bear full responsibility for any mishaps.
Hair So Fab will NOT provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages classified as such by the shipper and supported by a claims report for customers who opt out of package insurance.
DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues.
Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be altered! There are no exceptions!!
WRONG ADDRESS
We cannot be held accountable for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the address entered to ensure the order is delivered correctly. If you realize that your address is incorrect after the package has been shipped, please contact the shipper right away.
We're not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage package due to the change of address by the customer once the package leaves our facility.
