Please add Route Package Insurance at Checkout. If you OPT out you are fully responsible for the lost or stolen package and you cannot file a dispute in the event the package gets lost or stolen.
For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Signature Confirmation May Be required on some orders.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
Orders ordered online cannot be picked up in stores.
We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.
We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.
Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact the shipping company directly in regards to your shipment status.
Please choose signature and insurance to fully protect your package in the event it gets lost or stolen. If not selected and your package gets lost you take the risk of losing your product.
To prevent credit card fraud, Some orders require ID verification BEFORE the order is shipped. We may request additional information if your billing, banking or credit card information does not match with the information you have on file with the credit card processor. Also, If you are a first time customer we will contact you to verify if you are the card holder. If your information is not verified within 48 hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee.
All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and Hair So Fab offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected.
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.
Damaged in shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Important conditions for return
Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective or you received the wrong item(s). The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product shall be in unused and original condition;
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
You shall inform about the return of the product to us within 48 hours;
You shall not unravel, wet, play with or install hair
In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. Also, a 3% Cancelation fee will be applied to all orders.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs.
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages. We are not responsible for additional custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your country.
You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
Insurance does not cover the shipping fee.
Texture Disclaimer – Due to the distinct nature of human hair, two heads of hair are never exactly the same. The photos will give you an idea of how the hair textures will look. However, all virgin wavy and curly products are processed for texture. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will look the same, but they will not be distinctly different.
Color Disclaimer – our virgin hair comes only in the natural shades of natural black-brown colors. We cannot guarantee that bundles will have the same color being that hair is taken from multiple donors. We recommend consulting a professional stylist should you consider coloring our hair.
Blonde Hair- You should never use Dye or harsh chemicals on blonde hair. The hair can be Severely damaged to no return.
Lace Closures & Frontals
We do not recommend bleaching the knots. Bleaching the knots incorrectly will cause lace balding/shedding. We are not responsible for lace damage due to bleaching.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS GOING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
Some orders may require identification to prove that the order was in fact made by the card/account owner. We will email or call you to send in the government issued ID needed to fulfilled your order. If it's not received within 48 hours, you ordered will be canceled and cancelation fee of 3% will be deducted.
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.
To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, minus weekends & holidays. Therefore, they cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed.
